Subsidy Policies

As soon as the executive makes any decisions regarding subsidies, they will be put here on the website. Note: The executive is subject to the following provisions from the constitution: 

7.3. The Executive shall decide whether to allocate subsidies for each major before the release of any trial information. This decision must be released to the society as part of the trial information.

7.3.1. A decision to grant subsidies may only be revoked via a majority vote at an EGM or AGM. If the vote passes, the information must be released to the society as soon as possible. After this point, it is subject to 7.3.2.

7.3.2. A decision to not pursue subsidies may be revoked via a 2⁄3 majority executive vote, but must be released to the society as soon as it is made. After this point, it is subject to 7.3.1.
